AN ARCHITECT IS BEING SOUGHT TO DRAW UP A SPD (SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING DOCUMENT) FOR THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KINGSTON UPON THAMES FOR ITS NEW WATERFRONT AREA.
The plan will help revitalize a key area of the surrey market town, the Thames side zone, the £120,000 contract will run from 6-8 months.

The brief states ‘Multidisciplinary consultancy will be required, with particular expertise in landscape architecture and public realm, planning policy, and community engagement. The contractor will undertake all stages in the preparation, development and consultation on the SPD up to the point of adoption, including research and analysis, visioning, engagement, and production of draft and final reports.’

The deadline for applications is the 16th May
