Earlier this month we were proud to recognise a remarkable milestone for one of our longest-serving team members. Mike Connolly has completed 30 years of service with C & O Powder Coatings, having joined the company straight from school.

Starting as a support sprayer, Mike quickly stood out for his skill and commitment, establishing himself as the best in his field. His progression into supervisory roles and ultimately into his current position as Production Manager reflects not only his personal dedication but also the high standards we uphold across the business.

For over three decades, Mike has played a key role in ensuring our customers receive the quality, consistency, and reliability they expect from C & O. From managing production to guiding the team, his focus on detail and technical excellence has been central to maintaining the performance standards that set us apart. 

As a family-run business with a proud 40-year history, we know that our success has always been built on the strength of our people. Our team is what makes C & O the business it is today – combining skill, dedication, and pride in their work. Together it has helped us become one of the best in the powder coating industry, trusted by clients who rely on us for dependable, high-quality results.

To mark this special occasion, Arthur and Tom Holmes presented Mike with a Longines watch as a token of appreciation. It was a fitting gesture for someone who has given so much to the business over the years.
