A BRIEF HISTORY

In order to fulfil the demands of all industries and deliver a first class service, C & O has continuously invested in new technologies.
Pre-treatment
7 stage immersion chrome free Oxsilan pre-treatment facility with a capacity of 6000mm x 1500mm x 600mm.
Production lines
Two horizontal conveyorised production lines with automatic spray booths.
Colour matching
In connection with our paint suppliers, bespoke colours can be procured to an architectural grade specification.
On site laboratory
Fully equipped on site laboratory carries out daily sampling and testing of the pre-treatment and coating plant in accordance with our status as an approved applicator.
Packing
A variety of packing materials are held in order for each product to be wrapped according to the customer’s specification. Items are labelled identifying customer’s purchase order and/or delivery note number. Full traceability is ensured with each order being issued with a unique C & O number.
Stock
Comprehensive stock of RAL and BS colours.
Delivery
A dedicated transport service ensures the best possible turnaround times whilst safe guarding the clients product.
Sample panel ordering
Clients who wish to see a panel representative of the finished product can do so before any orders are placed.
